Diddy faces yet another civil lawsuit, this time from a former child actor alleging sexual assault at a 2007 Hollywood Hills event.
Diddy is staring down another civil lawsuit, this time from an unnamed former child actor claiming sexual assault at a 2007 Hollywood Hills networking event.
The plaintiff, who’d been working as a child actor since 2004, says he attended what seemed like a legitimate industry meeting in May, when Diddy allegedly pulled him aside to discuss a potential project.
According to the suit filed Monday in Los Angeles County Superior Court, Diddy guided the young man to a back room, offered him alcohol, then allegedly removed his pants and performed oral sex on the minor.
The lawsuit names Diddy and the plaintiff’s former agents as defendants, accusing them of conspiring to create what looked like a real networking opportunity specifically to provide Diddy access to children.
Diddy’s spokesperson, Juda Engelmayer, responded aggressively, calling the allegations “false and ridiculous” and dismissing the plaintiff as “another hater in a long list of people trying to get in on the money gravy train encouraged by personal injury lawyers.”
Engelmayer stated that Diddy “has never sexually assaulted anyone, and that includes any child.”
This latest filing represents just one piece of an enormous legal crisis for the incarcerated music executive.
Over 100 civil suits have been filed against Diddy as accusers continue stepping forward with allegations spanning multiple decades.
Meanwhile, Diddy remains locked up serving a 50-month federal prison sentence after his conviction on prostitution charges.
His projected release date from the Bureau of Prisons is currently set for April 25, 2028, though that timeline could shift depending on various factors, including his pending appeal.
