While in New York, Mall also stopped by iHeartRadio’s Party 101.9 for an appearance on The Empower Hour, where he delivered a standout freestyle that showcased the lyrical ability that has made him a respected name throughout Ohio’s hip-hop community.
At the time, The Council 2432 was preparing for an ambitious touring schedule that included a performance in Virginia Beach alongside legendary battle rapper Cassidy and members of the hit television series Wild ‘N Out. The performances continued to build momentum for the group as they introduced their music to audiences across multiple markets.
Mall Black has never been afraid to let fans see the more reflective side of his artistry. Fast forward to 2026, and after extensive touring, festival appearances, countless live performances, and more than a thousand autographs signed for fans across the country, Mall Black returned to New York City alongside his Council 2432 teammates for a series of business meetings focused on the future of the group.
Those meetings resulted in The Council 2432 signing an imprint agreement with Dominion Hill Records, with the group’s recordings distributed through Roc Nation Distribution. The partnership represents another significant milestone in the group’s continued growth while maintaining the independent work ethic that helped build its loyal fan base.
