Megan Thee Stallion is adding another major fashion moment to her résumé, and this time the Hot Girl Coach is getting her Victoria’s Secrets wings.
As Complex reported, Megan has officially been announced as one of the musical performers for the 2026 Victoria’s Secret Fashion Show, which is set to take over Los Angeles on Sunday, Oct. 18. The Houston rapper shared her excitement about the announcement with the Hotties, telling fans that appearing in the show had been a longtime goal.
“Hotties, my dream has finally come true!” Megan said while announcing the news. “I’m in thee Victoria’s Secret Fashion Show.” She also encouraged fans to tune in to watch her “get my wings,” suggesting that her involvement could include a little more than simply hitting the stage for a performance.
According to People, Victoria’s Secret has assembled an all-women musical lineup for this year’s show featuring Megan Thee Stallion, KATSEYE, Tate McRae and country singer Megan Moroney. The runway will also feature a stacked group of models including Gigi Hadid, Ashley Graham, Adriana Lima, Anok Yai, Paloma Elsesser, Candice Swanepoel and others.
Megan’s appearance feels like a natural extension of how much fashion has become part of her world outside of music. The three-time Grammy winner has become a regular presence on major red carpets and in fashion campaigns, while also building her own style ventures, including her Hot Girl Summer swimwear brand. In 2025, she even took the collection to Miami Swim Week, giving the rapper some runway experience of her own before stepping into the Victoria’s Secret universe.
The show itself continues the evolution of one of fashion’s most recognizable pop culture events. The Victoria’s Secret Fashion Show went on hiatus after its 2018 edition amid declining ratings and criticism surrounding the brand’s representation of women and lack of diversity. The traditional runway production eventually returned in 2024 with a broader mix of models and a renewed emphasis on inclusivity.
As Marie Claire reports, the 2026 edition marks the show’s return to Los Angeles for the first time since 2007. This year’s concept has been dubbed “Fandemonium,” with Victoria’s Secret also opening up the Angel selection process through a nationwide casting search documented in its “Angels Among Us” series.
The move adds another layer to a show that has increasingly tried to bring its audience closer to the production rather than positioning the runway as the exclusive spectacle it once was. With Megan, KATSEYE, Tate McRae and Megan Moroney handling the music, Victoria’s Secret is also leaning heavily into performers with sizable and highly engaged fan bases.
For Megan, the booking represents yet another crossover moment at the intersection of music, fashion and pop culture. Considering her penchant for making a statement whenever she hits a red carpet—or just her own Instagram feed—the real question might be what Thee Stallion plans on doing with those wings once she gets them. Per Cosmopolitan, the 2026 Victoria’s Secret Fashion Show will stream live Sunday, Oct. 18 at 7:30 p.m. ET via YouTube along with Victoria’s Secret’s Instagram and TikTok channels.
