According to the Los Angeles Times, the house was originally listed in June for $1.688 million, and the sale closed in August for $42,000 more than the asking price.It’s a 2,400-square-foot Craftsman-style house which dates back to 1912, and features include a fireplace, an eat-in kitchen, three bedrooms and 1.5 bathrooms.
