Showrunner Steve Blackman took to his Instagram to post a video of the cast expressing their excitement for the upcoming season.

The clip opens with Elliot Page, who plays Vanya Hargreeves (Number Seven), giving a bittersweet farewell to production, saying, “I’m stoked ‘cause I can’t wait for you to see it and sad because I’ll miss everybody.”

Emmy Raver-Lampman, who plays Allison Hargreeves (Number Three), also emphasized in the Instagram announcement, saying “I don’t think the world’s ready for this. I think it’s our best season yet.”

Production of the third season began in February of this year in Toronto. However, there has since been a handful of details revealed throughout the year. In January, we were introduced to The Sparrow Academy and the actors who would be playing roles, including an “existential dread-inducing psykronium” cube called Christopher.

Meanwhile, the original cast will reprise their roles alongside the new members of The Sparrow Academy.

In June, during Netlfix’s Geeked Week, Blackman also provided fans with another treat: the episode titles for season 3.

Although the titles of the episodes don’t reveal too much about the plot, some of them do raise some eyebrows. The first episode, titled “Meet The Family,” assumingly looks to give audiences an insight into The Sparrow Academy.
