Morgan Wallen Announces Massive US Tour With Live Nation — WME Involvement Remains Unclear

Morgan Wallen is done taking time out of his career. The country singer has announced a 2022 stadium tour next year.

Despite bans from the CMA Awards and the American Music Awards over his use of a racial slur, Wallen is giving fans what they want with a headlining tour. The eight-month tour will see the country star tour across America in 2022, starting in February in Indiana. The tour wraps up in September with a performance at the Los Angeles’ Staple Center.

Live Nation is on board as the promoter for most of the dates in this eight-month Morgan Wallen tour.

The entertainment company is currently facing a mass of lawsuits after what happened at the Astroworld Festival in Houston. Wallen fans in Alabama were recently re-selling their tickets to a concert after concerns of crowd surge and 30,000 ticket sales.

Tickets for the Morgan Wallen tour will go on sale on November 21 for arena shows, and December 3 for summer amphitheater shows.

Wallen co-writer Hardy will also be joining the country star on nearly all of the dates. Larry Fleet is also touring with Wallen as an opening act for most dates. Wallen’s Dangerous: The Double Album is the most successful album of 2021 so far, though Drake’s Certified Lover Boy is gunning for that status.
