Boosie Badazz is suing two far-right operatives after they allegedly took $600K for a Trump pardon that never came through.
Boosie Badazz erupted on social media with a series of posts calling out a pair of far-right political operatives for running what he described as a Ponzi scheme.
The rapper paid Jacob Wohl and Jack Burkman $600,000 to secure clemency for his federal gun case, but months passed with nothing to show for it, except empty promises and shifting excuses.
Ultimately, a Trump pardon that never materialized.
On July 14, 2026, Boosie snapped.
“JACK SHUT YO LYING ASS UP,” he wrote, detailing how Burkman and Wohl claimed they had direct access to the president and could deliver results by January 31, 2026.
“DON’T START LYING NOW I GAVE U 3 MONTHS TO SEND MY MONEY BACK. TALKING ABOUT TRUMP SIGNED THE PARDON. GOT ME RUNNING AROUND THE DAM HOUSE JUMPING. SAYING U JUST TALKED TO THE PRESIDENT. U PLAYED WITH THE WRONG ONE,” Boosie fumed.
Wohl and Burkman have a documented history of fraud, making their latest scheme particularly brazen.
In 2022, both men pleaded guilty in Ohio to felony telecommunications fraud for orchestrating a massive robocall operation designed to suppress voter turnout among Black communities.
The Federal Communications Commission later slapped them with a $5.1 million fine for their voter intimidation campaign.
Despite these convictions and ongoing probation, they’ve continued operating in the pardon business, targeting wealthy clients desperate for clemency.
Boosie’s anger intensified as he realized everyone Burkman and Wohl claimed to have contacted denied any involvement in his case.
“EVERYONE U SAID U REACHED OUT TO FOR MY PARDON HAS SAID U R LYING. EVERY NAME YOU NAMED HAS DENIED YOUR ALLEGATIONS ‼️ EVERYBODY U NAMED WILL HAVE THEY TIME TO SPEAK. ITS GETTING HOT. SO WHERE DID THE MONEY GO? I THOUGHT TRUMP SIGNED THE PARDON? I THOUGHT U HAD THE PRESIDENT ON SPEED DIAL? U SHOULDVE DID YOUR RESEARCH BEFORE TRYING TO JACK ME LIKE U DID THE OTHERS.”

According to TMZ, Boosie is seeking to recover $300,000 through the civil lawsuit, though legal experts note that civil courts have limited ability to enforce restitution in pardon-fraud cases, since the underlying transaction itself involves no legitimate legal service.
The case will proceed in federal court, where Boosie’s legal team will attempt to prove that Burkman and Wohl engaged in fraud and breach of contract by failing to deliver on their promises.
