During his testimony, he maintained the entire encounter was consensual and described biting as nothing more than a “love bite,” a term he said is common in England. Prosecutor Danielle Clarke presented a starkly different narrative, arguing the situation escalated into violence when he allegedly choked and repeatedly slapped the woman despite her requests to stop.
The jury couldn’t agree on three of the most serious charges, leaving Filly’s legal troubles far from finished.
He’s now facing potential retrial on those counts while already carrying the assault conviction.
