Kesha will explore ghosts and the supernatural in a new Discovery+ docuseries.

The show is called Conjuring Kesha and is an extension of her ‘Kesha and the Creepies’ podcast. Paranormal experts will join the singer and her celebrity friends to travel around to supernatural havens to experience the unexplainable.

“Over the course of my life, I’ve always been drawn to the supernatural and the spiritual realm,” says Kesha. “Making music I’ve felt was a cosmic connection between my soul and something bigger than me that I couldn’t explain.”

“On this new show, I will bring along my friends to some of the most mysterious paranormal hotspots to explore with me. We will explore life’s great mysteries and aim to catch something never-before-seen on camera. My hope is to show that the supernatural isn’t just the thing of myths and fables. We’re embarking on a spiritual and cosmic exploration. Come with me to experience it all.”

Conjuring Kesha will premiere in 2022 with six hour-long episodes on Discovery+. Kesha is also serving as executive producer on the ghost hunting series.

“We are huge fans of Kesha’s supernatural podcast, and we are excited to partner with her to turn her love of all things unexplained into a new series,” says Travel Channel General Manager Matthew Butler. “We know her natural inquisitive nature and sense of adventure will radiate off the screen and we can’t wait to see her – and her famous friends – in action.”

Kesha once admitted in an interview with Ryan Seacrest that she believes she had sex with a ghost. “I’ve got a song called ‘Supernatural’,” the singer says. “That song was about having sex with a ghost. I lived in this flop house at Rural Canyon, and there was this weird energy that lived there, and it used to keep me at night and wake me up. And it progressed into this dark, sexual spirit. It did scare me, but that’s part of the fun of it,” she says.

Of course, Kesha isn’t the only celeb chasing ghosts with her own show. Demi Lovato is currently investigating aliens and extraterrestrials on her Peacock docuseries, Unidentified.
