Adrien Broner faces a new sexual assault lawsuit from Havana Saint, who claims he pressured her into sex after she said she preferred women.
Adrien Broner is facing another sexual assault lawsuit, this time from a woman named Havana Saint who claims the former four-division boxing champion pressured her into sexual acts.
This all allegedly happened after she repeatedly told him she wasn’t interested in men and preferred women.
According to the allegations, Saint attended an after-party on June 2, 2026, where Broner encouraged her to drink heavily, and when she became too intoxicated to drive, she accepted his offer to stay at his home.
Once there, Saint says Broner tried forcing her to perform sexual acts, including intercourse and oral sex, exposing himself and grabbing her hand despite her multiple refusals.

The situation escalated when Saint returned to the house the next day, and Broner allegedly expressed anger that they hadn’t been intimate, attempting to drag her upstairs while she continued refusing his advances.
Saint admits she was laughing during parts of this incident, but claims she was actually terrified.
On June 8, at a separate livestream residence in Los Angeles County, Saint says Broner physically pulled or dragged her from the house and pressured her to return to his Encino home, where he again pushed for sexual contact that she declined.
Broner’s history with sexual assault allegations runs deep.
In 2018, he was hit with an $830,000 civil judgment after a woman accused him of sexually assaulting her at a Cleveland nightclub, an incident where he pinned her down and kissed her against her will.
That case resulted in a default judgment when Broner failed to appear in court to defend himself.
Now, as reported by TMZ, Saint is suing Broner for sexual battery and assault, along with defamation and intentional infliction of emotional distress.
The lawsuit also names Nurideen Shabazz, known as DeenTheGreat, for making defamatory statements on a livestream, and the streaming platform Kick for negligence.
Broner, who won world titles across four weight classes before his career declined, has recently pivoted to streaming on Kick, where he launched a 45-day “Locked-In-A-Thon” with DeenTheGreat aimed at getting back in shape for a boxing comeback.
In early July 2026, Broner received a massive Kick payout that reportedly made him a millionaire again, celebrating by jumping into a pool on stream.
His legal troubles continue to mount as he attempts to rehabilitate his image through streaming content and fitness goals.
